Swacha Bharat Revolution next stage

It is said that Well begun is half work done, I firmly believe that Swacha Bharat is a revolution which will change the whole country in the years to come. How do we reach out to masses, and how do we prioritize. Here are some suggestions.
I am based out of Bangalore, and I believe we have failed miserably to clean up our city. We have been trying to do waste segregation, but in vain. Instead of finding new dumping yards we can try to segregate waste into various bins about 4 - 5 different large bins, with different colors for waste collection as indicated below.
- Red Bins for gathering all poisonous wastes (like used up batteries, emptied mosquito repellents etc)
- Blue Bins for collection recyclable (like paper, plastic bags, plastic bottles, aluminum foils etc)
- Green bins for wet waste (cut vegetables, left overs of house etc)
- Yellow bins for electronic waste (like computer mouse, keyboards, damaged phones etc)
In addition today we have got the technology to recycle if not all, atleast 95% of the waste. There are companies which have mastered the art of recycling like Attero . In the coming years there will definitely be more companies which will be able to make best out of waste.

In the next Article I would like to bring to your notice ways to improve water table in every city.
